Established in 2002, PAVING is Bangladesh’s premier A-Grade defence procurement and technology solutions company. Headquartered in Dhaka, PAVING is formally enlisted with the Ministry of Defence, DGDP, DGFI, NSI, and all branches of Bangladesh’s defence and security establishment. Md Iqbal Hossain — Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Mr. Md Iqbal Hossain founded PAVING in 2002 with a vision to create a world-class defence procurement company in Bangladesh. Under his leadership over 22+ years, PAVING has grown from a start-up to an A-Grade enlisted trading company, trusted by every branch of Bangladesh’s defence and security establishment. His strategic direction has driven the company’s revenue from BDT 10.25 Crore to BDT 26.09 Crore in five years, while expanding into energy and smart infrastructure sectors.

Lt Col Mostafizur Rahman, Retd — Director, Business Development

Lt Col Mostafizur Rahman (Retired) brings decades of military experience to PAVING’s business development operations. His deep understanding of Bangladesh’s defence procurement process, combined with extensive relationships across the armed forces, enables PAVING to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that precisely meet the operational needs of military and security clients.

Arnob — Executive Director

As Executive Director, Arnob oversees PAVING’s day-to-day operations and strategic expansion initiatives. He plays a key role in driving the company’s growth into energy and smart infrastructure sectors, managing international partner relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all business lines.
